We recently had a customer call us for technical support for a touch monitor they bought from us in 2007 (our first year in business!). They told us the monitor had been working perfectly, but when they changed PCs they couldn’t get the monitor up and running again. Josh worked with the client over the phone to troubleshoot what was happening and determined they needed different software drivers. He then sent them eGalax TouchKit drivers using Hightail file-sending service, walked them through the install and confirmed the monitor was working.
